Early Lymphoma Symptoms That Went Unnoticed
At first, Esach only noticed a lump in his neck. Over time, his condition progressed to include shortness of breath, persistent cough, nausea, and fluid buildup in the lungs. Before a definitive diagnosis was made, he received several different preliminary diagnoses at various healthcare facilities.
Further examination using a PET Scan in Penang, Malaysia, in April 2024 finally confirmed stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma with spread to the lungs. After receiving one cycle of chemotherapy there, Esach decided to continue his treatment in Indonesia, as his physical condition did not allow for frequent travel.
