A flap technique was used between the fingers with living tissue from the back of the hand, while the open wound was covered with a skin graft from the thigh. In addition, dr. Sara corrected the thumb, which was previously fused tightly with other fingers and made it difficult to grip. After the procedure, the patient’s thumb moved more freely, improving hand function significantly.
